To check the authenticity of a Product
- Select the Authenticate option from the menu.
You will see the following Authenticate home page:
- Scan the Tote barcode to authenticate it.
When the verification is successful, you will see the following message:
- When the scanned serial number is in any other disposition than ‘Available’ disposition, you will see the message as below:
- When the scanned serial number is an invalid product, you will see the following message:
